Four Communications approached us wanting to create a graphics-based explainer film for their client, the Traffic Penalty Tribunal. TPT are a government organisation and can come across quite daunting to first time users, so we wanted to break down those barriers.

Using fun and quirky animations really helped TPT come across as approachable and friendly, and the video provided a step-by-step guide, making submitting a claim far less daunting a task.
